We had a lovely Seder with many wonderful friends, Wednesday nite. Every one of us went way overboard on the food. It was an visual and culinary feast to be sure.
This amazing "painting" was the bowl swept clean of The Beet Modern, a composed salad of roasted beets, cucumbers and dill with sour cream. B.Modern created this, and served it in a turquoise bowl... a fauvists dream!
Eileen's Chopped Liver Goddess was the most wacky, hilarious and delicious treat!
