I'm having a wonderful time up here in Canada, taking a Mark Making workshop from Dorothy Caldwell. Today on day 2 of 5, we painted with india ink on very long brushes and used rolled haystacks as our gallery walls.

"Burning Women"

Here we are at "burning woman" marking paper with the soot from candles, and burning into silk organza with incense.
